AUGUST 11 - START YOUR DAY RIGHT DEVOTION  Romans 8:38-39 For I am convinced that neither death nor life, neither angels nor demons, neither the present not the future, nor any powers, neither height nor depth, nor any thing else in all creation, will be able to separate us from the love of God that is in Christ Jesus our Lord. THE LOVE OF GOD THAT IS IN CHRIST JESUS OUR LORDIf anyone fails in his or her spiritual life, it will not be from a lack of God’s love and grace (underserved favor, help, enablement, Romans 8:31-34), nor will it be from any external force or overwhelming adversity (Romans 8:35-39). Rather, it will be from their own spiritual neglect and failure to remain faithful to Jesus (John 15:6). Only “in Christ Jesus” is God’s love fully revealed, and only through a personal relationship with Him do we experience the fullness of His love. As we remain true to Christ as “our Lord” (as we continually surrender to His leadership and authority), we can be certain that we are never separated from God’s love. BIBLE STUDY TOOLS I USE:
