The Best Outdoor Freeze Faucet

Have you been searching for the best way to protect your outdoor faucets? Well, I think we may have found it!!

Stace heard about a devise that is said to have been invented here locally in the town of Kingsbury TX. called "The Freeze Miser" and thought it would work for our farm. With last year's freeze here in South Texas anything to help protect the faucets and water troughs from freezing is a big help.

Stace was finally able to find "The Freeze Miser" at one of our local farm and ranch store that had them in stock. All the other stores have been sold out, so that must mean they work.

Unlike the manual drip method, the Freeze Miser is engineered to only release the minimal amount of water to PREVENT faucets from freezing. Its patented design allows the Freeze Miser to sense the internal water temperature and releases water below 37°F/3°C. As the water temperature fluctuates, the Freeze Miser automatically regulates the drip-rate. This fluctuation ensures reliable faucet freeze protection releasing the least amount of water, even in the most extreme freezing conditions.

Just so happen he bought this just in time. We had freezing weather with rain for several day. Guess What?!... IT WORKED!!

Stace also put one on the well. It also worked and kept the pipes from freezing at the well. Of course, we also have all the pipes wrapped for freezing weather as well.

We are very pleased with the way it worked. We plan on buying more and putting them on all our water faucets.
