JUNE 19 - START YOUR DAY RIGHT DEVOTION  James 1:5 If any of you lacks wisdom, he should ask God who gives generously to all without finding fault, and it will be given to him. IF ANY OF YOU LACKS WISDOM We are to ask God for wisdom in coping with our trials, not just in avoiding or escaping them (Verse 2-4, 12). Wisdom means the spiritual capability o see and evaluate life and behavior from God’s point of view (Proverbs 1:2). It involves making good choices and doing what is right according to God’s standards and purposes. We develop such wisdom by basing our lives on what God has revealed in His Word and by following the guidance of the Holy Spirit (Romans 8:4-17). We can receive wisdom by coming to God and asking for it in faith (Verse 6-8; Proverbs 2:6; 1 Corinthians 1:30). BIBLE STUDY TOOLS I USE:
